To initiate a quote, please fill in the form as completely as possible, attach your digital diagram and submit the form. The diagram should include the part name, number, material required, material thickness and the quantity required.
Before you request a quote, consider the following to save $$:
- Where possible, allow a center pilot hole to reduce cost.
- Use beads, grooves or flanges to add strength and rigidity.
- Large corner radii will add strength and is more cost effective.
- In some cases, tubing or rolled sheets can be used.
- Design changes reducing the inside diameter are relatively inexpensive, increasing the inside diameter requires new tooling.
- When submitting diagrams, tolerances should be indicated for each dimension, including radiuses.
- Critical areas must be noted on diagram
